By using Still Here, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they are written to be understood, not to obscure.

The service

Still Here provides a scheduled message delivery service triggered by inactivity. You set a check-in interval and designate recipients. If you do not check in within your chosen window, we deliver your message on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your message and for ensuring that you have the consent of your designated recipients to receive email from us on your behalf. You may not use Still Here to send unlawful, harmful, or harassing content.

Account and check-ins

You are responsible for checking in at your chosen interval. We will send reminders, but we cannot be held liable if a message is delivered because you failed to check in, including due to technical issues on your end.

Pricing and payment

The monthly check-in window is provided free of charge. Daily and weekly windows are available as a membership for $18 per year, billed automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Payments are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

Service availability

We maintain a 99.9% uptime target and will make every reasonable effort to ensure your message is delivered. In the unlikely event of a service failure, our liability is limited to a refund of any amount paid.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted and your watch will be deactivated. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
